Do you know that food has a way of releaving stress☺️. Oh! You don't? Sorry foodies like me will understand 😋.

Honestly, Handling stress can be quiet tasking, I believe you need wisdom handling work stress, so you don't over work yourself and you don't function below your capabilities as well. When you get worked up, don't forget to eat good food and enjoy yourself then you can have enough strength to work.

When you find yourself among people who don't really care about your mental health and all they care about is your input to an organization or business, I feel it's not a healthy environment, so it's up to you to determine how to you survive in that environment until you're able to get something better.

Sometimes we get caught up at the middle of loosing ones job maintaining a happy life, my guess is that you are more important than any job at all, so when the frustration gets out of hand and you feel depression is setting into your life as a result of work, you need to have a rethink if you really want to remain on that job. Or have a little fun by doing you.

I've seen a lot of people been encouraged to remain on a job that's killing them gradually all in the name of you don't have another yet, to me, it's okay to keep applying for jobs even when you have one, the reason is if it's not your company, the owner can come up with whatever at any point in time and if you don't have shock absorber you might be devastated if you're asked to quit unexpectedly, I know some policies favour employees but it's not totally applicable here is my country, so you should be at alert so you don't end up loosing on both ends.

At a point in my life I worked as a secondary school teacher in a private school, due to the nature of my course, I have to single handedly teach from "JSS1 all the way to SS3", and it is expected that I deliver a hundred percent.

Initially when I got the job, I was so glad because of the beautiful environment and of course the pay was quite attractive. But when I got into the system, I realized that most of the workers were not enjoying their stay because the work load of one person could actually be for three people. It was just too stressful, I resumed before 7:00am and closed at no specific time, many times I returned home around 8:00pm and above.

At a point my parents were wondering if I was really a teacher or a banker because I was getting home late and the stress was beginning to tell on my looks.

How I eventually handled the stress was, I asked people that has lasted two to three years in the system to give me a few tips on how they survived, that helped me adjust a little and the pressure on me reduced, and when it got to a stage when people couldn't take the frustration from the management, a lot of people resigned.
In all don't forget to take yourself out and have a good time, also remember to always pour your heart out to God.

Commit to your health and don't die because of a job.
Note all pictures on this post are mine.
Do have a great week😋☺️ and don't forget to eat good.

Normal, we do not have to allow Job stress to get to us, is good to maintained balance, because, job overlooked isn't admirable at all, as far we are working, we still needs some times for ourselves.
