Human beings insist on giving the good morning every single day, we constantly say it on social media, at work, and we want the day to be precisely like that: good.

But what happens when the word becomes banal and does not fulfill what is desired? Are we overusing the term “good morning” just to satisfy a mental part towards goodness?

The best good morning starts with peace, meditation and a healthy breakfast.

We all have chores throughout the day and sometimes due to “lack of time”, especially in the morning, we overlook something, an act not only of health but also of blessing, which brings with it the divinity of the much acclaimed “GOOD MORNING”. ”.

Breakfast is the first meal after fasting and should be energizing.

  • Cucumber 🥒 (cucurbitacin)
  • Beet (nitrates)
  • Carrot 🥕 (phosphorus)
  • Onion 🧅 (quercetin)
  • Frutabomba or papaya (vitamin K)
  • Decaffeinated black tea (L-theanine).

Hot sauce and Tajin are not healthy at all but I love them so I do a balance 😂.

Obviously, the ingredients will change in each breakfast but make sure it starts with you inside and food is healthy and energetic to give your day that much desired and famous: GOOD MORNING.

El ser humano insiste en dar los buenos días cada mañana, lo decimos constantemente en las redes, trabajos y queremos que el dias sea precisamente así: bueno.

Pero, que sucede cuando la palabra se vuelve bana y no cumple con lo deseado? Acaso estaremos sobreusando el término “buenos días” solo para satisfacer una parte mental hacia la bondad?

El mejor buenos días empieza adentro con paz, meditación y un desayuno saludable.

Todos tenemos quehaceres a lo largo del día y en ocasiones por “falta de tiempo”, sobretodo en la mañana, pasamos por alto algo un acto no solamente de salud sino también de bendición, el cual trae consigo la divinidad del tan aclamado “BUENOS DÍAS”.

El desayuno es la primera comida después del ayuno y debe ser energizante.

  • Remolacha (nitratos)
  • Zanahoria 🥕 (fósforo)
  • Cebolla 🧅 (quercetina)

  • Te negro descafeinado (L-teanina).

La salsa picante y el Tajin no son nada saludables pero a mi me encantan así que hago balance 😂.

Obviamente, los ingredientes cambiarán en cada desayuno pero asegúrate empezar por ti y que sea sano y energético para darle a tu jornada ese tan deseado y famoso: BUENOS DÍAS.

Ahora si puedo deseartelo.

I used to not care at all, but as I've gotten older and diagnosed with high blood pressure, I've tried to reset my diet and health. I switched from a keto diet to intermittent fasting (IF), and for almost six months now I've been practicing IF. I also stopped drinking sweet beverages and I only drink tea without sugar or just plain water.

I’ve heard about that fasting. I follow a doctor named Dr. La Rosa and he insists on this a lot. I haven’t fasted in my life, I really don’t know the benefits practically. Thanks for commenting and your input. GOOD MORNING 🌞

It's simple. Just stop eating after 7 pm and break your fast at noon the following day. This means you won't have breakfast, but you can still drink. I typically follow a 16:8 window, which means I fast for 16 hours from 7 pm until 11 am the next day. It may be difficult at first, but after a week, it becomes easier and part of your routine.

When I started doing intermittent fasting it was during the Eid this year (April). That's when I started. I feel that my weight decreases, I feel lighter, and when I checked my blood a few months ago, my cholesterol levels decreased.

Before I started fasting and controlling my diet, my cholesterol was high. Fasting has many benefits. You should start doing it to know the benefits. 🤗

Es bueno llamar la atención sobre la importancia del desayuno.... saber lograr una buena combinación de alimentos es esencial y también algo difícil de lograr en Cuba. Pero es el único camino que conduce a la salud. Te puedo decir que las frutas deben consumirse solas..
