Hi and happy Tuesday!
Things have been so busy again lately, but in a good way! Last weekend, DinoWorld Expo was in town for the first time in seven years. Of course, it was horribly cold out, but my daughter loves dinosaurs, and we weren't going to let the chance pass for her to see some life sized animatronic dinosaurs!
I apologize in advance for the photo quality, juggling a bag, toddler, the toddlers very sticky snack and a camera can get very interesting. Life is more fun that way, you have to challenge yourself. 😁
The outdoor playground section was pretty small, with only a slide and a jumping castle. This photo is also a little bit funny, I should have probably used a different angle.
This section was my favourite, even though the lighting and my inexperience made it quite difficult to get decent photos in here.
Much to the delight of my little Abbey, all the dinosaurs in here were animatronic...and loud! It felt very trippy and was pretty awesome.
There was also an indoor playground area with different types of rides for the kids (and one or two for the parents) I did not take any photos in this section because it was extremely crowded, also, my hands were once again full. I should really invest in a little backpack...
The Jurassic Giants section was really fun! It is amazing to imagine what it must have been like with these creatures wandering the planet.
There were also dinosaur rides, which Abbey enjoyed very much! The food stalls were okay, if you like deep fried or sugar covered foods.
Now, I won't leave you guys completely disappointed with the lack of photos...so...here is a quick little video tour!
Well that's it for today! Now I need to go get ready for more driving school. Took a while, but I am finally going to be able to legally drive, very excited about getting to jump on the back of my very own bike and going out to look for some interesting places and photos.
Till next time! Much love and good vibes all round.
