Contacting and inviting
Contacting new prospect and inviting them to presentations/offices. There are 2 approaches which are direct and indirect.
This involves 3 sorts of prospect - reds, greens, and blues
Blues - people who look up to me
Greens - my peers
Reds - people I look up to.
Flip your approach/invitation philosophy
Don't find out who is interested in looking at a business, then expose them to the business.
Expose everyone to the business then find out who is interested.
Don't invite prospect to an event and then confirm that they can come.
Confirm they are free at that time, and once you've established they are free, then invite them to the event.
Create an environment where connection leads, getting to know them more that they can confide in you.
