As human beings, we all feel the need to belong to a family, environment, or community. I think this applies to everyone. If anyone has a different opinion, I respect it. Although, there is probably no one on this platform who thinks otherwise. After all, we form a community here and become a family.

Bugüne kadar bir çok çalışmada yer aldım. İçinde yer aldığım çalışmalarda nadiren ekibimi veya ekipten birini sevmedim. Bence ekip olmak bedenen ve ruhen bir ortamı paylaşmaktan geçiyor. Sadece bulunmak yetmiyor.
I've been living away from home for a while due to work.
I have been involved in many studies so far. In the work I was involved in, I rarely disliked my team or one of them. I think being a team means sharing an environment both physically and spiritually. Just being is not enough.

I noticed this while resting last night. We work in difficult conditions.
But the feeling of benevolence that brought us together prevailed. So we are together.

Yorulduğunu hissettiğimiz bir arkadaşımız olursa hemen dinlendiriyoruz.Huzuru bozacak tek bir harekette bulunmuyoruz. Birbirimizi dışlamıyoruz. Herkes birbirini düşünerek hareket ediyor. Hem ekip olmak bunu gerektirir bence. Hayat yeterince zorlarken birbirimizi neden üzelim ki. Bir arada olmaktan keyif alıp daha iyi bir iş çıkartmaya odaklanmalıyız.
We all smile at each other. We do not have a communication problem.
If we have a friend that we feel is tired, we rest immediately. We do not take a single action to disturb the peace. We do not exclude each other. Everyone is thinking of each other. I think being a team requires it. Why should we hurt each other when life is hard enough? We should enjoy being together and focus on doing a better job.
Uzun lafın kısası birlikten kuvvet doğuyor. Ve bu birlik ruhunuda ortaya koyarsa çok güzel bir çalışma ortamı oluşuyor.
Yaklaşık bir haftadır çalışıyoruz. Yorulduğumuz için yakında görevi devredeceğiz. Bugün birlik ve beraberlikten doğan ekibimden bahsetmek istedim. Afetsiz günlerde tekrar buluşalım istiyorum.

Long story short, strength comes from unity. And if this spirit of unity is demonstrated, a very good working environment is created.
We've been working for about a week. We will be handing over the task soon as we are tired. Today I wanted to talk about my team, which was born of unity and solidarity. I want to meet again in disaster-free days.
