Hello, community and friends greetings after a long time I made this macaroni salad for dinner, and very happy to share it with you and glad to post it in the vegan community. It is simple easy not consuming more time and a delicious full meal.
Ingredients:
150 grams macaroni
10 button mushrooms
10 cherry tomatoes
1/4 red salad paprikaa
1 carrot
1 box of ready-cooked kidney beans
2 sprigs of parsley
16-18 green beans.
2 potatoes
1/2 apple
8 green olives
1 tbsp dried cranberries
2 tbsp roasted pumpkin seeds.
2 tbsp oil
salt and paper
for dressings
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp black pepper.
Chop carrot, potatoes, and clean green beans and place in a pan.
start heat and drizzle 1 tbsp oil on vegetables.
On another hotplate place the pan with water for boiling and add
salt to cook the macaroni.
Stir carrot beans and potatoes.
Meanwhile, water boils add macaroni and cook them. Drain water and keep them aside
Chop mushrooms and add in the carrot potato, and beans mixture.
stir the mushrooms together with other vegetables.
After cooking the vegetables, add kidney beans and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix macaroni in the cooked vegetables.
Sprinkle finely chopped parsley.
Slice cherry tomatoes, olives, red paprika, and apple.
In a bowl add salt sugar and pepper.
add 1 tbsp oil
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp mustard.
mix well adding 2 tbsp water in.
Mix olives, tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, and cranberries.
Pour dressing on the salad, and mix well.
Garnish with paprika slices and apple slices. The dinner is enough for two adults and two children.
The dinner is ready.
