Hello friends, today is our usual vegetarian day and I made some simple vegetable stir-fried noodles for dinner. this simple easy recipe I am sharing with you.
Ingredients:
2 spring onion
1 carrot
1/4 onion
1 paprika
20-25 green beans
1 pack of broccoli florets.
2-blocks vegan noodles.
6-7 cherry tomatoes
3-4 garlic cloves.
2 tsp Chili vinegar
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp mushroom soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp black pepper.
Wash and chop all vegetables. saving some broccoli florets.
It's better to chop vegetables into small pieces.
Heat a skillet and add oil.
Add garlic.
Add chopped spring onion.
After the onion gets translucent add all vegetables, and stir them nicely.
Add chili powder, salt and pepper. stir it.
Add chili vinegar.
Add mushroom soy sauce.
Stir vegetables.
Cook noodles separately.
Drain the water and mix them with vegetables.
The easiest fast dinner is ready. Use saved broccoli and cherry tomatoes while serving.
