We are only as strong as our battles. So let's cherish the victories and learn from our failures, so that we can grow stronger together.

It's easy to get discouraged when you're in a slump. But remember that there are two sides to every story—and no matter how bad things seem, there is always a way out of this mess! You just have to be willing to keep trying, and believe in yourself when it feels like everyone else has had enough of your bad habits.

And while we're on the subject of bad habits… what can we say? They're hard to break. And if they're not broken yet, they will be soon enough. So take pride in what you do have going for yourself—and celebrate it! If you rely on these things (maybe even too much), then maybe it's time for a change.

And if your current habits aren't good for you or anyone else around you? So why not give something new a shot? You only need to look for them because there are so many possibilities available.

Action is the antidote to despair. So whatever you need to do, do it. You can only fail if you don't try. And if you try and fail, then at least you know that you tried. Which means that there's always hope of getting back up on your feet.

Whatever you do, try to keep your mind and heart open to new possibilities. Building good habits can take time—but it will be worth it in the long run.
