The first couple of times I tried to do a #deadhang I only managed to cling on for 10 seconds or so, and it was quite painful in the old upper arm.
However, those two attempts gave me the feel of it and I felt that with a bit more determination I could probably double my "record" and go for twenty seconds.
By "seconds" I mean, counting from 1-20 out loud and slowing down for the last couple of numbers in case I was rushing through the lower numbers to get the agony over and done with.

That attempt means I'm now one third of the way towards my target of #deadhanging for a minute before college classes begin again some time in April.
My targets:
- Deadhang for 60 seconds
- 6 chin-ups (current number: 1?)
- 4 pull-ups (current number: 0!)
My next #deadhang target on the road to the one minute deadhang = 30 seconds!
