Good evening to all my friends!
How are you all doing? September is a special month for us. It’s not just because it’s the anniversary of our Plant Power (Vegan) community, but also a time of joy and celebration. This wonderful initiative is the brainchild of our leader and guide, the amazing @sirenahippie. I’ve felt that not participating in the last few days would be like missing out on something important. I cannot forget that I’ve reached this point in life because of this platform. The reason I haven’t been very active lately is that I’m currently pregnant. And what better way to celebrate than with a birthday cake? Nothing beats it! So, the best way is to bake a Vegan cake. I’ve participated in this contest to the best of my ability. Now, let’s take a look at how I made it!
(Third Anniversary) A birthday cake.
Required Ingredients...
🍀 3 well-ripened bananas.
🍀 1 1/2 cup of Wheat flour.
🍀 2/3 cup of Sugar.
🍀 2 tablespoon of A mixture of grains like rice, corn, soy flour.
🍀 2 tablespoon of Grated coconut.
🍀 1 teaspoon of backing powder.
🍀 1/2 cup of pure coconut oil.
🍀 some water.
🍀 To make about 10 grape fruits.
Method of making.....
First, take two bananas and cut them into small pieces. Then, slice the other banana into round shapes.
In the meantime, sift the wheat flour through a strainer.
Next, place the chopped banana pieces into a cup and add sugar, Triposha, grated coconut, and coconut oil to it. Mix well.
Next, add baking powder and wheat flour to the mixture. Since the mixture will be thick, gradually add water to thin it out while mixing.
Next, take an appropriate container suitable for baking in an oven or steaming. Grease the container with coconut oil, then pour the mixture into it.
Next, arrange the round-cut banana slices on top of the mixture for decoration. Place the container in a steamer or oven, and bake or steam it for about 40 minutes. The time may vary depending on your oven.
So, that's how we’ve prepared the birthday cake! Presenting such creations is a celebration of our valued connections and the making of lasting memories. For this third anniversary, friends have prepared various types of cakes, from which we've also learned something new. This cake, in particular, is not only delicious but also nutritious. Additionally, this month, celebrating the Plant Power (Vegan) Third Anniversary has been a wonderful occasion. May this platform continue to achieve great success. That’s all for today!

Have A nice day.
