A calm Sunday at Koggala beach

Today is Sunday. Koggala is one of the calmest beaches around, located about 13 km from Galle city. We went there to relax. How easy is it to escape from restlessness and spend some time in a quiet place? It was evening when we arrived, but it was still very hot. The rhythmic sound of the waves crashing on the shore transported us to a different state of mind. We stayed in a shaded area for about an hour due to the intense sunlight. The place is perfect for relaxation.

hat place is quite small. While we were there, we saw several people sitting precariously on tall, thin poles. They were carrying bags, but what was really happening was something else. They were posing for the tourists' needs. I also took some pictures at that time.

At this place, there was a coconut tree about 60 feet tall to one side. My eyes were drawn to that natural design. It turned out to be a beautiful sight.

Next, I took out my mobile phone and captured some pictures of the old traditional buildings and their commemorators, as I have recently become fond of photography. I came to this place with my child, which made me appreciate the rich culture of Sri Lanka even more.

As the afternoon passed in this way, we enjoyed the simple pleasures of the beach. The children also spent their time happily. The image of the fisherman caught my mind as I took some beautiful portraits. Thus I spent about 2.5 feet here. How to complete the healing time spent this Sunday? So let's meet again on such a beautiful Sunday.
