Good morning to all my Hive friends! How are you all doing? As always, I'm here to share another unique and flavorful dish with you today. This time, it's a nutritious and delicious banana blossom and egg omelet. It’s not only tasty but also easy to prepare and perfect for a simple meal.
Speaking of its nutritional value, the protein in the eggs combines with the nutrients in the banana blossom, while the fiber in the blossoms aids digestion. So, let’s dive in and see how to make this wonderful recipe!

Next, finely chop the salt, green chili, and curry leaves.
Next, finely chop the steamed banana blossom pieces.
Next, add salt, chili powder, and pepper powder to the finely chopped banana blossoms. Then, add the chopped onions, green chilies, and curry leaves, and mix everything well.
Next, add an egg to the mixture and combine thoroughly.
Next, add about 1 1/2 tablespoons of wheat flour to the mixture and blend until it reaches a smooth consistency. If the mixture is too thick, add a small amount of water as needed to adjust the texture.
Next, take a pan and add about 4 tablespoons of coconut oil. Once the oil is heated, use a spoon to add portions of the mixture into the pan. Fry until each piece turns golden brown, as shown in the images.
So, that’s how you can easily make this delicious and nutritious banana flower and egg omelet. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and pour the mixture into it. Cook on low heat until the bottom sets, then gently flip to the other side until both sides turn golden brown. Place the omelet on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. This banana flower omelet pairs wonderfully with rice or bread, adding flavor and a unique texture to any meal. I'll be back with another new recipe for you soon! Enjoy your day!
