Required Ingredients...
🍀 1 Small canned fish.
🍀 Salt as required.
🍀 1 teaspoon of pepper powder.
🍀 2 teaspoon crushed chili powder.
🍀 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 3 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
🍀 Curry leaves.
🍀 A few chopped green chillies.
🍀 About 1 cinnamon sticks.
🍀 2 cloves garlic finely chopped.
🍀 About 2 onions, finely chopped.
🍀 A diced tomato.
Method of making....
1 Step.
First, finely chop the onions, garlic, green chilies, and tomatoes. Also, break the canned fish into small pieces and set it aside separately.
2 Step.
Next, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add three tablespoons of coconut oil and let it heat up. Once the oil is heated, add the chopped garlic and sauté for a while. Then, add a piece of cinnamon and some curry leaves, allowing them to fry slightly. After that, add the chopped onions and mix well .
3 Step.
Next, add turmeric powder, chili powder, crushed black pepper, and the required amount of salt. Mix everything well and let it cook for a while. Then, add the chopped green chilies and canned fish pieces, stirring continuously. Let it fry for about three minutes until the flavors blend well.
4 Step.
Finally, add the chopped tomatoes and mix well. Let it cook for about a minute until the tomatoes soften slightly. Then, remove it from the heat and serve warm.
