Good evening to all hive friends, how are you? Today I have brought a delicious dish to share with you. That's the recipe for tacos. Tacos are a creatively delectable dish made with crispy, flavorful fillings. While traditional tacos often feature meat-based fillings, vegetarian tacos offer a delicious alternative that's not only healthy, but packed with flavor. Creating mouth-watering vegetarian tacos is easier than you think. It can be prepared by a beginner or an expert chef. Due to the ingredients used for it, it is high in nutrition. So let's see how to prepare it.
Required Ingredients...
🍀 Wheat flour 200g.
🍀 1 cup of water.
🍀 3 tablespoon of Tomato sauce.
🍀 Curry leaves.
🍀 A finely chopped onion.
🍀 A few cinnamon sticks.
🍀 Some finely chopped garlic.
🍀 2 fish chili pods, finely chopped.
🍀 A few finely chopped onion leaves.
🍀 2 chopped tomatoes.
🍀 Boiled green peas 30g.
🍀 1/2 cup of coconut milk.
🍀 Baking powder
🍀 1/2 tablespoon of Baking powder.
🍀 1 teaspoons of crushed chili powder.
🍀 Salt to taste.
🍀 1 teaspoon of pepper.
🍀 4 tablespoon of coconut oil.
🍀 Cut a boiled potato into small pieces.
Method of making.
First, take a bowl and add wheat flour to it, salt, baking powder, about 2 table spoons of coconut oil and water and mix well. Make a dough out of it. Keep it covered with dough for about an hour.
Then again take a pan and add about two tablespoons of oil to it and let it heat up on the stove. After the oil heats up, add garlic, cinnamon and onion to it and fry for about a minute. After that add green peas, chillies and curry leaves. Add..fry it for about a minute.
Then add chopped tomatoes, boiled potato pieces, salt, pepper powder, crushed chili powder and mix well for a few minutes.
Then add coconut milk and tomato sauce to it and cook for about 3 minutes and remove from the stove.
Then take the flour dough and roll it thin on a board or plate with a rolling pin. After making it thin, cut circles like below with the help of a lid and keep separate.
Then take a pan and put it on the stove and let it get hot. After it gets hot, fry the roti on both sides for about 30 seconds.
Then place the prepared curry in the middle of the roasted roti and fold it. As in the images below.
Then again take a pan and add about 2 tablespoons of oil to it and fry until golden brown.
So these delicious tacos are ready. By following these simple steps, you can create the most delicious and satisfying vegetarian tacos. Perfect for breakfast and afternoon tea.
