I have been away from Splinterlands for a while but one user reminded me to play and so I logged in and have been checking out all the new updates! This game really is a winner. Did you know about it?
I won two matches so I am on my way to re-qualifying for SPS rewards at Bronze 3?

When it begins you must accept the challenge and choose your cards,
There's only a few minutes to do it, so don't take too long! But consider the best strategy.
What to choose! Check your Mana and pick carefully.
Read your cards carefully and find a good team to battle with.
Prepare for Battle
A new feature I have not seen before is the Tactic Stage.
You get two choices of strategy to choose, targeting both your own cards and the opponents.
I gave my Melee cards +2 Attack!

With these two I have a fighting shot.

It was a brutal battle, both sides exchanging blows and the enemy losing cards. In the end, as the battle field was cleared, his last card with 6 remaining health defeated me.
(As you can see the Corrosive Ward effect was not enough to defeat Venari Kifer.)
So I may have lost this battle, but the war rages on.
