Thank God for a new week, hello sisters? My prayer for all of us is this week will be so productive in every way. My greetings to @thekittygirl for selecting a beautiful topic from @danigada18 da18. For this week I will be flowing with the first topic.
What actions do you recommend to keep control in difficult moments?
In this present time there are lots of things that put us under pressure as women ranging from how will the family be in order, how to catch up with career and the list goes on and on. All these calculation a times makes most women to talk to themselves in different occasions that makes it look as if they are missing a details upstairs. Talking about myself, when I get so worked up it looks as if an unforeseen pressure is on me. I have little ways to cope with situations such as this.
- Take one step at a time
It is a resolution I have to take one thing at a time, having everything closed up at the same time is not a good thing at for anyone. There is this meme I use to see of a woman with multiple hands,that is to say a woman can do ten things at the same time. But that a times brings makes a woman loss her focus. So make sure to do things one thing at a time so I will not be worked out.
- Say No When I Need To And Yes When I Need To
This is something that many battle with at diverse occasion. Not doing the needful can put one into uncalled pressure because you will be either to please everyone that comes around and there by displeasing myself. In as much it is not against my faith, am fine.
- Taking A Rest
I always say this, no matter how hard working I am, work will not finish in this I have learnt to give myself some good time to rest. Most women rest only at night, of a truth i use to be in this category but i have changed. The importance of rest cannot be overemphasized. Not have adequate rest can make someone 5o think abnormally.
