Unjust discrimination
I rested my head on my mom's shoulder. Her shoulder was wet with my tears. Decked in a black gown and a scarf on her head, my mom was becoming too weak to cry. If tears were on definite volume in the body, she would have shed more than 90% of it ...

Lay Off
I met Bukola, my neighbor, in front of the factory where she works on my way back from work one cold evening. It had rained earlier, so the streets were a bit muddy. I tried getting a ride home but it seemed like all the bikers had retired for the day. I jumped over a pothole filled with dirty water when I heard the squabble at the company's gate ...

Being abusive is a present trend!
Story 1: "I can't do it lol" Once there was a young boy who used to enjoy abusing. If he uttered a word, he used after and before it. It is not that he loved to abuse others. It was his nature to use those kind words ...

You don't know.
You don't know because you never asked or made an attempt or deep research on it, and that's how ignorance sets in. Most people find it more comfortable relying on what was said or heard and using that to judge the next cause of their lives instead of doing more research if they truly want to follow that path. No one knows it all, and by asking questions, there's so much that can be known. Sometimes, we let our status blind us to what we could have questioned because we don't know ...

October Reflections —My Journey Of Personal Growth And Development
I have observed a lot within my circle in recent months. I've witnessed both desperation and the determination to rise and grow. I've seen everyone striving to enhance themselves, focussing on self improvement, self discovery, exploring financial prospects, and more. It seems the primary driver is our realisation that we've transitioned from teenagers to adults, undergoing rapid changes as time slips away ...
A Tree In The Cold!
I often feel that thoughtfulness is fast fading, like that tree standing alone in the chilling cold, its once vibrant leaves gradually withering away. It was once a sturdy evergreen tree called thoughtfulness, it was once beautifully rooted in the warmth of human connection, but times have changed, technology has almost taken the place of real humans, the hustle and bustle of our daily routines has led us to live lives of hurried routines and thoughtless habits. When I was younger, we were taught empathy, we were taught to feel the pain of others as if it was our own pain, and to help in any way we could to bring succour. We were taught to develop conditions favourable to each other's thriving ...

The World is Weak | Far Cry 5.
After liberating Elk Jaw Lodge, I got the chance to meet Jacob for the first time but I didn't talk about it as I had some leftover stories to tell first. Now its time I show you what happened when I was kidnapped for the first time in Jacob's region. So, after liberating the outpost, I was taking down the wild wolves using the bow I was carrying and by mistake, I uncaged one of them whom I managed to take down but the next moment, I noticed an arrow pierced in my leg and I got unconscious after that. I actually understood that I was getting abducted as I spent such moments before in John's region ...
