In 2016, Before i got Admission into the university i was working as a pastery assistant, i intentionally resigned from my position as an assistan supervisor, with good pay and good office space, to a heated, enclosed work space with loads of workload daily, half my salary as an assistant supervisor, the decision looks foolish and stupid at the time plus, a rumored that my salary then was going to be inncreased by 5%, never the less i have made up my mind, cause of what lays ahead, i need a skill so as to cater for myself on campus and there was no other place to learn this skills for free and getting paid as i work than my current work place as at the time.
When i finally got admission in 2018, i started my small business from my small tiny room, i would git up very early around 4 am to start preparing snacks and bake them carried them in a transparent plastic rubber, with my bag in one hand and my snack bucket in another i head off to school, sale them on campus after lecture.
I did this often till my third year, i was able to handle a lot of expenses on my own, pay bills feed myself and do some other stuffs, back then it was an impossible thing cause of the shyness and on lookers but i did care about any of that i simply mind my business and it helped out a whole lot.
One Day while on campus i also met another lady who was a friend and a colleague while we talk she told me that
"you see all these student going to and fro around, your money is in their pocket, so then you have to be intentional about getting them to come to you and be willing to exchange that money for what you have to offer, something equivalent in value, satisfaction, taste and preference, that's how you get them to buy."
These began to develop an ideology in me about business, how to package a product and services that appeals to the needs of your customers and prospective client, and this is the same idea that all millionaires, and billionaires, high business men and women has that has enable to build a reputable business brands both locally and internationally , the concept all began small and then they nurture it till it blossoms...
The concept is understanding the need of people, perceiving what they want and utilising that knowledge to your advantage by tailoring your products and services offerings to suit their need, this is how life works
You can't Possibly want to work a 5-4 job all your life, that is a high way to poverty, warren Buffet said it, so By Default everyone is an entreptenur, realising it and choosing to engage that consciousness and a mindset is what has kept many stagnant and lavishing in poverty.
To make it in life you must find your niche and breakout, explore your possibilities nurture it and grow, you must have something worth of value were by people are willing to part way with thier hard earned money for exchange, these is the key to wealth,
Lastly in order to stay relevant and on-Demand in life, you must have something of value to offer the society in return for a bag full of cash....
