Most places here in the Philippines are already experienced an intense hot sunny day, and as for this the summer season is officially started. Many people loves to walk outdoors and eat some cold snacks like ice cream, drink cold drinks and went to the coastal areas or in rivers for a swim. This afternoon, I have a simple travel here in our town, exactly 1 PM there was only a small portion of white clouds up in the sky and the people was hurriedly find some cool places that keeps them away from the intense heat brought by the sun.

Because of the heat, the road was also contains a mirage on which the views was shaking because of the heat from the ground. Other people brought their fans, bottle of water and a handkerchief for wiping their sweat. I was waiting for a public vehicle and while waiting and seating inside of tuk-tuk vehicle, I also experienced sweat already. The driver told me that we will not go until it will reach 3 passengers on his vehicle and that is the policy.

There are lots of fruits can be seen and displayed here in the super market and one of the most popular, expensive and center of attraction is the buko fruits. It is very perfect for a hot season by drinking its juice inside of this buko fruits. It costs at 50 pesos each, that 1 HBD already, and it is perfect for buko salad or buko juice added with milk and sugar. This fruits was came from far places just like Barangay Toud and Barangay Cabalantian. Many people brought buko fruits and the store owner is the one who make a hole on buko and put a straw so that it can easily drink.

This fruit is very perfect for a summer season and people will really love and enjoyed drinking and eating this fruits. Our place and town are filled with many valuable fruits and trees just like coconuts. Some of the coconut farmers sell their buko fruits and other are waiting to be harvested in the right and exact time.

Next, I seen this pile of pilled ripe bananas and it was ready to be grilled. Here in our place we called it Ginanggang, one of the children's favorite snacks in school or in any crowded places. Each pieces costs 5 Pesos each, it will make delicious because of the Margarine with white sugar coated in the Banana Q after cooking or grilling. This kind of snacks are already traditional here. Aside of coconuts, Banana plants and fruits are also popular in here, and there are some farmers who plants lots of bananas. When it is time to harvest, they cut the banana stems very carefully so that the fruits wont be damage.

It takes a lot of time before the bananas will be ripe and ready for grilling. It will become very easy to pilled when it is a ripe one. And also, this is really a good kind of business.

Its grilling time and I decided to buy 4 pieces of Banana Q. It takes a few minutes before I got my favorite snacks. I requested those vendors to put lots of white sugar and margarine. First, they put a charcoal in this metal and plainsheets and lighted it. The burned charcoals can make the banana be cook perfectly and I was really having fun watching those vendors cooking this bananas.

This is a simple travel I did today, And I am enjoyed seeing those fascinating views and delicious summer snacks sell here in the supermarket, and I really love to do eat all over again.
