My Obligations I Did This Afternoon

I am a little bit busy this afternoon because my Mother gave me some obligations here in our house. I also willingly and gladly to accept my obligations and because of that, I started doing it. The first work I did, was to fetch water in our water pump. The distance between our house and the water pump is a few Kilometers away, so it needs to take a long walk. This water pump was already here for almost 65 years already and even if there are many great floods happens in our place, still the water pumps are working good.

Our water pump contains a crystals clear water and it is drinkable. We do requested on one of the University here to get a sample and examine if the water in this pump is drinkable and luckily it is. We decided to put concrete floors so that it can avoided a muddy places. This is what we do every afternoon to fetch water and we used it for cleaning the kitchen utensils, cleaning or washing the plates, spoons, and other dining materials and also for cleaning or washing food we cook. We stored many water using a big container so we can have use when raining season came.

Cow raising Work:

We also have 3 cows here in our place and every afternoon we transfer and tied the cow's rope to other place that contains more grass. But first, I let them went to the river so that they can drink more water.

This is the place were my cows leading. They always drink more water here in this place because it is a little bit shallow. Our river have a great contributions not only for us but also for our animals here. Last time, we already sell one cow with the costs of 20,000 PHP that is 400 USDT. We are so very happy because we can buy our family needs just like foods, clothes and other important things here in the house. Well, I carefully pulled the cow's ropes and keep alerting always because our male cow is sometimes strike us.

Washing the Dishes:

After that, I proceed to wash our dishes we used during our lunch time. We don't washed our dishes after we eat our lunch because after we ate, we hurriedly went to supermarket to buy some snacks. The plates is made of fragile thing that is why I really careful of washing it so it wont be fall down and broke. I also doubled checked if there are soaps on the plates and I washed it thoroughly to removed the soaps left.

Cooking Rice:

Last is cooking rice. First, I make a fire and of course, I used firewood instead of stove. I will make sure that the firewood I used is very dry so it can make fire instantly. Next, I washed the grains with clean water and put the washed water in an empty container. This will be used to watered my vegetables in the garden. Next, I add at the exact amount of water and cooked.

Once again, even this is a simple help but it gives to my Parents a big Happiness and joyfulness because they have a responsible son. Also my Kuya, He did his obligations also and when he finished his work, He take me more pictures regarding with the activities I did. I am so very thankful for his support given to me here in hive platform.
