Last week I posted my "Battlestar Galactica Hypothesis" regarding what happened to the proofofbrain.io website. For the sake of argument, let's assume history repeats itself and POB will follow a similar path to becoming Hive's bitcoin. If that's the case now is the time to start discussing POB's Vladimir Club. I don't recall anyone posting about this before, but if someone did, it must have been a while back. If that's the case, consider this an update.
As stated by a post on the Binance Academy glossary:
The term “Vladimir Club” was first mentioned on BitcoinTalk forum in 2012 and was originally applied to Bitcoin. User Vladimir suggested that owning 1% of 1% of the max supply of Bitcoin was a good idea, and the term Vladimir Club was coined right after. Since the max supply of Bitcoin is 21,000,000 coins, anyone with more than 2,100 BTC can be considered a member of the Vladimir Club.
and
Since the Vladimir Club concept became more popular in the cryptocurrency community, the term is often used to refer to other cryptocurrencies, other than Bitcoin. For instance, any person owning more than 1% of 1% of the max supply of the BNB may be considered a member of the BNB Vladimir Club.

The maximum supply of POB on Hive is the same as bitcoin, 21 million, so any user with more than 2,100 POB is a member of the POB Vladimir Club. However, since bitcoin isn't proof of stake while the Proof of Brain token is, there is a caveat regarding whether the 2,100 should be in liquid balance or staked. I suppose either one counts though I wouldn't include accounts that only have 2,100POB or more solely providing liquidity to the diesel pools.
Speaking of diesel pools, what does it cost to buy into POB's Vladimir Club? At the time of writing this, the current rate is roughly 11.76 SWAP.HIVE. With slippage factored in, it's around 11.83 SWAP.HIVE to receive the full 2,100 POB.
Not financial advice but some random on the internet once posted that owning 0.01% of bitcoin's total max supply would be a good idea. As some random on the internet I suppose that might also be true for Proof of Brain.
For less than the current equivalent of $6 USD the membership into the POB Vladimir Club doesn't seem unreasonable.

Based on the current ranking of staked and POB balance in descending order on the POB token richlist, these are the members of the POB Vladimir Club. It looks like there are a lot more staking members than those who hold a balance. I am included in the staking part of the club twice with my @holovision and @holovision.cash accounts.
