Hello Hivers! Good day to everyone.
Since morning I was thinking of what should I blog or share for today. Suddenly it come to my mind if how about I share about my work. So here it is I'm about to share here.
Since 2014, I was working as a pharmacy assistant. I was 18 years old that time. And it was my first job so at the first day of duty, an exciting and a nervous feeling of how's the day going or if my workmates will be good to me. A couple of weeks was so hard for me since I didn't have an experience. And little lucky that some of my workmates are helping me and giving there advice/experience of how's the work will be. So that day by day I was able to adjust how the flow of work and learning. For me, I need to learn faster because if time to time I always ask my workmate they will be getting mad. So I say to myself that I need to learn as soon as possible so that I will don't need to ask them. I need to learn the generic and brand name of the medicines and what the use of it. And how many times to takes per day. And what age able to take.
Before pandemic the flowing of the work at the pharmacy is good. We just follow the guidelines of the pharmacy owner. Everything was smooth and the sales are good. People only buy they able to consume and some buy only 1 piece of medicine for their every day take.
The pandemic came, everything was change. Even we afraid to duty because maybe we get infected to the virus and transmitted to our family. But our job is belong to essential. So we need to do it and serve the people with caution. The work schedule change, there are guidelines to need to follow like social distancing, need to disinfect, need to wear facemask and face shield, barriers and limited people who can enter the pharmacy. And we need to be stiffness to the people who doesn't following. Every people who enter need to sign up the form to trace them if their are person they socialized will get infected of the virus so easily to find them. Every people need to adapt on that and need to follow the guidelines. On the first week of pandemic people are panick buying of bulk of alcohol, face mask, vitamin C, essential medicine for them including maintenance and food. And the sales are slowly going low because people are afraid to go out and some people lose their job.
And after pandemic, the guidelines are slowly lifted up and people slowly didn't afraid of the virus. But the sales are still low because people need to budget the money they have. And their priority is the food and they rely on medical medicines. So that some of them didn't buy a vitamins which is some a bit expensive. Especially some of them didn't have a permanent job that time.
Even there are virus or none we should take care ourselves. And maintain our immune system stable so that we cannot get sick easily. And eat healthy foods and avoid preservatives foods.
Take care always Hiver's.
