The two supervisors Anna and Lily had been at loggerheads for the longest of time and it transcended down to their teams and this created a big divide amongst their teams.
No one is willing to help one another and they will fight for every chance to claim credit. Things were just so tensed between the two teams.
With some restructuring happening within the company, a new general manager had been transferred above Anna and Lily to manage both their teams. The new general manager aware of the situation and asked to meet the both of them.
In that meeting, the new general manager laid down a very simple ground rule. Less division, more collaboration. Whoever caught to go against it, the whole team will be asked to leave the company.
