5 years ago, Peter was in the midst of making a decision to invest in a plot of land and build up a shopping centre which was his dream since young to own a shopping centre of his own.
While he did set aside sufficient capital to realize his childhood dream, this will take a toll on his liquidity and put him in on financial risk should this dream project fail.
His conscious mind tell him, "Don't risk it! The price to pay is too huge."
But he adventurous mind told him otherwise, "It's your dream, you will be able tide through it and realize your dream."
And because this meant too much to him, he decided to follow his adventurous mind and charge towards his dreams.
Today, Peter is a successful businessman and a proud owner of 5 shopping centres, a role model for many youths and a philantrophist.
