Hola, everybody :)
Seventeen (17) days of March has already passed... really fast noh? I wonder if you feel the same way or perhaps, it's just me :)
Wee Story
Yesterday while I was having my quiet moments, the husband came rushing to the room grinning wide, like a happy kid who found something. I just looked at him wondering and waiting what it was he was about to say. But he just hugged me saying his usual "I love yous" which of course was happily reciprocated.
And so my supposed-to-be many minutes of quiet time was shortened because he had me watch with him another Korean series called "Beyond Evil" and we only stopped around 5 pm, lol! It was a welcoming and fun break on a rainy afternoon so all good...
Watching series or reading Richard Branson's "Like A Virgin" had been the hubby's subjects of attention this week. He must have been really exhausted so he decided not go to my father-in-law's place. I was just glad he finally gave himself some much-needed time off.
Well, anyway... back to today's business, let's see how the third week of the Dreemport Challenge turned out to be. Here's a wee breakdown of how it generally went for me:
- Water/H2o- 40 oz is still within my daily water consumption so this is very natural for me. Now that I'm taking some antibiotics, I drink even more.
- 10 Minutes Quiet Time- I love peace and quiet so this is natural too. Most days, I usually sit on my side of the bed and do nothing (my mind wanders at times). Other days, I just lie down and stay really quiet and before I know it, I'm already off to dreamland.
- 20 Minutes for Goals- I honestly spend hours daily for this. My goals kinda run my day and I love how they keep me up my toes. Another project came up during the week and got the fire in me burning hot, lol! And I'm so happy I made it back to The Engagement League list. It means I became more engaged and active in the Hive.
- Encourager- I think I fell short on this one that is why I kept 2 days unchecked although I may have tried encouraging one or two and I hope it worked hehe. But then some beautiful souls came by and encouraged me too and let me take this time and space to say thank you to: @princessbusayo, @deraaa, @coquicoin, @tengolotodo, a new-found encouraging soul @xixi80 and many others (dreemers or not), I just wish I could name all of you, but many thanks indeed!
- 25 Minute Physical Activity- This is one I was a bit challenged with. Sometimes, I feel lazy and tempted to do other things than walking but imagining what I could find out there makes me feel excited so I don't have to drag my butt out of the house, lol! The husband was suggesting yoga. Hmmm... it's nice to go back to it but walking refills the soul so perhaps no to yoga just yet...
- - I have quite a few of this on paper and in the heart. I'm doing generally well.
SecretPersonal Goals
- Dreemport- Submitted daily and I am thankful fellow dreemers for your kind words while visiting my posts. You are all awesome and Salute to you all :)
And to summarize, this is my report chart for the week. It's been fun and I hope to do even better next time.
And of course I am not forgetting @dreemsteem for your very infectious energy and mirth :) I always giggle a lot when reading your posts and comments. You bring a lot of cheer around! You are one awesome encourager, so thank you heaps :)
Cheers everyone and I wish you a fabulous day!
