We all can get our mind too cloud up with a lot and this can make the mind jam-packed, there's a practice that can help free the mind , this practise is called MEDITATION.
Meditations are the practice of achieving a mentally clear state of mind, it could be done by a hundred percent focus on an object, a thought, or activity. It is all about reflection to the inner self
it is a journey through the mind, a state of total connection with calmness, a state where you detach from your thought and just focus on tranquillity.
meditation could be spiritual where you just want to get connected to spirituality.
Meditation comes with ease from pain, depression, and stress and helps promote peace. The important thing about meditation is the focus of attention on creating a stable mind. It could be a focus on breathing or activity.
During meditation elimination of unnecessary thought is executed and full focus is put in action.
