Hello all, yesterday I shared with you that I will be using the Photography Lovers community more and it's time to make a start. I went to Ordu to meet my girlfriend's family and I was very happy to see the lush green nature there. I will share some of those photos with you.

I took this photo on the way to Ordu. The best thing about traveling at night is that the roads are empty. You only see people like you who are on a long journey, and apart from that you can see big trucks. Some of them are eye-catching with led lights and some are plain like the ones in this photo. I prefer the plain ones because the others catch the eyes of the person driving the car at night and can give them a hard time. You see fewer trucks on the highways. That's why I like traveling on the highway more.

When you go to Ordu, the thing you will see the most is hazelnut gardens without exception. Since hazelnuts are the livelihood of the city, everywhere is covered with lush hazelnut trees. I took this photo in my girlfriend's village. All the short trees you see are hazelnut trees and the tall ones are plum and apple trees. Another thing that caught my attention there is that the houses in the village are built very far away from each other. In other words, it takes more than 15 minutes even by car between the two closest houses. Whereas in our village you can reach the two farthest houses in 15 minutes by car. When I asked the reason for this, I learned that everyone built their houses next to their hazelnut gardens. It makes sense, after all, no one wants to travel for an hour to get to the garden.

Here you can see the hazelnuts before you buy them in the market. When I took this photo, the hazelnuts were about 20 days away from ripening. They will be ready for harvest in about a week. It is quite tiring to pick the hazelnuts from a whole garden, but fortunately they employ seasonal workers for this. I hope there will be plenty of hazelnuts this year and my girlfriend's family can make good money. Send your good wishes!

I didn't forget to shoot a short video in my girlfriend's village. It's not surprising that there are birdsong in all this greenery. I can say that spending time in the company of chirping birds and in touch with nature completely takes the stress out of you. It is really important to integrate with the earth. We had previously talked with @derangedvisions about how important it is to step on the earth and I realized how it really changes the energy of people here.

My aunt loves flowers very much, I took a photo of her with flowers here. I can say that this photo is one of the most beautiful photos I have taken recently. She is already very photogenic, so she looks good in all the photos, and with my new camera she looked even better. She liked it so much that I think she shared it on Instagram. The flower is a hydrangea. She wanted to grow it in the village but I think she forgot to take it.

Last but not least, a selfie! I was actually very tired when I took this photo because I had traveled so long without sleeping and the weather was much hotter than in my village. The messiness of my hair is also due to my lack of sleep 😅. Still, I was so happy to meet my girlfriend's family and see her. She always puts a smile on my face and I love her so much.

Hepinize merhaba, dün sizinle paylaştığım postta Photography Lovers topluluğunu daha çok kullanacağımı söylemiştim ve bir başlangıç yapmanın zamanı geldi. Kız arkadaşımın ailesiyle tanışmak için Ordu'ya gitmiştim ve orada yemyeşil doğayı görmek beni çok mutlu etti. Sizlerle o fotoğraflardan bazılarını paylaşacağım.

Bu fotoğrafı Ordu'ya giderken yolda çekmiştim. Gece yolculuk yapmanın en güzel yanı yolların bomboş olmasıdır. Sadece sizin gibi uzun yolculuk yapan insanları görürsünüz, onun dışında da görebileceğiniz büyük tırlardır. Bazıları led ışıklarla süslenmiş göz alıcı oluyor ve bazıları da bu fotoğraftakiler gibi sade. Sade olanları tercih ederim çünkü diğerleri gece arabayı kullanan kişinin gözlerini alıyor ve zor anlar yaşatabiliyor. Otobanlarda tırlara daha az rastlıyorsunuz. Bu yüzden otobanda yolculuk yapmayı daha çok seviyorum.

Ordu'ya gittiğinizde en çok göreceğiniz şey istisnasız fındık bahçeleri. Fındık şehrin geçim kaynağı olduğu için her yer yemyeşil fındık ağaçlarıyla kaplı. Bu fotoğraf da kız arkadaşımın köyünde çektim. Gördüğünüz bütün kısa ağaçlar fındık ağacı, uzun olanlar da erik, elma gibi ağaçlar. Orada dikkatimi çeken bir başka şey de köydeki evlerin birbirine çok uzak yapılmış olması. Yani en yakın iki ev arası arabayla bile 15 dakikadan fazla sürüyor. Oysa bizim köyümüzde en uzak iki eve arabayla 15 dakikada gidebilirsiniz. Bunun sebebini sorduğumda herkesin kendi fındık bahçelerinin yanına evini yaptığını öğrendim. Çok mantıklı, sonuçta bahçeye gidebilmek için bir saat yolculuk yapmayı kimse istemez.

Burada fındığın marketten almadan önceki halini görebilirsiniz. Ben bu fotoğrafı çektiğimde fındığın olgunlaşmasına yaklaşık 20 gün vardı. Yaklaşık 1 hafta sonra hasada hazır olacaklar. Bütün bir bahçedeki fındığı toplamak oldukça yorucu ama neyse ki bunun için mevsimlik işçi çalıştırıyorlar. Umarım bu yıl fındık bol olur ve kız arkadaşımın ailesi iyi para kazanabilir. Kız arkadaşımın köyünde kısa bir video çekmeyi de unutmadım. Bunca yeşilliğin içinde kuş seslerinin olması hiç şaşırtıcı değil. Cıvıltılar eşliğinde ve doğayla iç içe zaman geçirmek insanın içindeki stresi tamamen alıyor diyebilirim. Toprakla bütünleşmek gerçekten önemli bir şey. Daha önce @derangedvisions'la toprağa basmanın ne kadar önemli olduğuna dair konuşmuştuk ve gerçekten burada insanın enerjisini nasıl değiştirdiğini fark ettim.

Halam çiçekleri çok seviyor, burada onun çiçeklerle bir fotoğrafını çekmiştim. Bu fotoğrafın son zamanlarda çektiğim en güzel fotoğraflardan biri olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Zaten çok fotojenik olduğu için bütün fotoğraflarda güzel çıkıyor, yeni kameramla daha da güzel çıktı. O kadar beğendi ki sanırım bunu Instagram'da paylaştı. Çiçek ise bir ortanca. Onu köyde yetiştirmek istiyordu ama sanırım almayı unuttu.

Son olarak bir selfie! Bu fotoğrafı çekerken aslında çok yorgundum çünkü çok uzun yolculuğu uyumadan yapmıştım, hava da kendi köyümden çok daha sıcaktı. Saçlarımın dağınıklığı da uykusuzluğumdan kaynaklı 😅. Yine de kız arkadaşımın ailesiyle tanıştığım ve onu gördüğüm için çok mutluydum. Her zaman yüzümdeki gülümseye sebep oluyor, onu çok seviyorum.
