Few steps around my village

Hey Readers.

I wasn’t feeling well for a few days, so i was away. Just yesterday, I felt a bit better and took a short walk outside in the lanes. The weather was great, so I took some photos—pictures that capture the peaceful life of the village and the tranquility of nature in its corners.

I was walking on a small path that ran through the middle of golden wheat crops. The wheat field was vast, full of fully stalked wheat swaying in the wind, creating a very soothing view. Ahead of me, a woman was walking with her child. We were passing through the path, and the children were very happy to be in such an open space. It really evokes a sense of connection with nature.

In the field, I saw a small cluster of light purple flowers on one side. I plucked them and took a photo. After that, I brought them home and placed them in my jewelry box. There always lies a beauty in small, simple things. There’s a certain charm in little things, and they give off a really nice vibe.

After that, I moved towards the mustard field. I have many childhood memories associated with this field. As children, we used to play a lot in these fields. I also plucked a single mustard plant stem and took a photo of it. Its vibrant yellow color looked very lovely against the ground. The field is a tapestry of memories for me.

After that, I spotted a kid sitting on a donkey, swinging around the alley. This scene is quite common in the village. Children often set up a small cart with the donkey and use it as their own vehicle, roaming around the streets. After sometime i spotted the same kid doing some fieldwork out of joy.

If we talk about the village and don’t mention the creativity of its people, it would be incomplete. In the village, nothing is wasted, not even manure. They make dung cakes from it and use them to make fire and cook food on it. It serve other puposes than cooking.I saw heaps of these dung cakes along the way. The women in the village do this work and are quite skilled at it.

As the day was drawing to a close and the sun was about to set, I decided to head back home. The sky was creating a very beautiful evening, so I felt it was essential to capture it. There was a cluster of clouds in the sky, and a small light was shining through them.

Just look at those kids, free from the world's stress and lost in their own world. They enjoy their childhood, doing as they please, and smiling all the while.

In the village, people have their own unique cooking style. They have traditional utensils and methods for everything they do. Villagers use earthen stoves, known as "chulhas," which they have been practicing with for a long time, keeping them connected to their heritage. They use wood and dung cakes as fuel for these stoves, adding or removing fuel as needed. And trust me, the taste of food cooked on a chulha is something truly special.

It was nighttime in the village. There was silence and peace all around. It was so quiet that the sounds of tiny creatures like bugs could be heard clearly. The stars in the sky looked amazing, and amidst them, the lone moon had its own unique vibe. I went up to the roof of the house and sat there for a long time, soaking in the silence and gazing at the sky. It was a complete therapy.

So people in short life in village is away from hustles and located in tranquil corner of nature. I am glad that i opened my eyes in village.
See you soon readers.
Take care.
