Greetings to my esteemed friends @Homeedders, I'm glad to be among great parents who sacrifices their time in giving their kids the best treat to become better people in the future. It's your friend @inspiredbyhive saying hello from this part of the world. Let's talk about fun and it's educational values to kids development.
In the past few weeks I have been teaching my kids, plenty of mathematics, spelling and the development of motor skills in our homeschool and neglecting the fun aspects of taking our homeschooling activities to a recreation center for the kids to have fun.
My son reminded by 3 days ago that it's been long we went out to a recreation center to have fun with other kids. That's actually true because we last went out during the Christmas holidays. It's actually not intentional, the negligent act was just out of somany busy schedules from my part, from work to work and work.
Listening to the demands of your kids is very important and I thank for my son's reminder. So I decided to take him and his little sister out for some fun at De Choice Recreation Center for kids in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
At our arrival, the kids hopped into the recreation center to have fun before I got some Popcorn 🍿🍿🍿 and ice cream for them.
I saw them so excited and the atmosphere so conducive for playing and having fun. I also discovered the bonding kids have within a short period of time and it amazes me because in adults it takes much time for them to bond, due to numerous factors that I'll not want to share here. Please don't insist I do that.
3 things I observed from my Kids when we got home.
- They were super excited and refreshed.
- They recalled all that happened during the fun time.
- They made knew friends, although they don't have the contact of their new friends. But it created an opportunity to meet new people and change environment.
What's the Impact of Fun and Play Time on the Kids?
- it improves their memory and assimilation level.
- it helps build their confidence level.
- it helps them socialize with other kids.
- it's a source of exercise and we know that exercise helps in blood circulation.
- it keeps them healthier.
- it prepares their mind for future studies.
Hope you enjoyed the post.
Thanks for stopping by.
