A Surprise!
And no.. it is not a severed head.. 😄
It's a new Logitech G635 7.1 Headset with Mic. 😮
This past week and a half has been a real #$%^#$%# and this past weekend was the breaking point for me. I've been dealing with a super sized case of Pneumonia and I was on a 72+ hour stretch of no sleep.. my last nerve snapped.
To say that it felt like Andre the Giant was sitting on my chest and I couldn't breathe.. about sums up my situation lmao. 😆
I am finally over the hump I think.. so anyways this past weekend my good head phones decided to break on me and I went off the deep end. Yeah the camel said FU to the straw! So here we are unboxing a new head set.. all thanks to my Sister @snook and a mysterious benefactor that shall remain un-named.. cuz she is not telling me. 😩
It's time to get this party started, and crack this box!!
So far so good, everything looks intact and no smooshed box.
I've been jammin with these on for the past 3 or so hours and they feel really good for a fit, without feeling your head is caught in a vice. 😃 Which is good, cuz my head is in no way small lmao.

This set can be lit up with the Lightsync RGB lighting control software, for now I will just run them as is without that. The mic is drop down activated, and you can use the buttons to control the volume and more.
I never would have even thought to use a gaming head set for music production.. however with this set having 50 mm drivers the sound is quite good!
The bass is tight and present without being too loud, the mids are on point and the highs are there without being too crunchy and annoying. I am listening to some Testament right now.. and the listening experience is awesome. 😄
I guess we have found the holy grail for headphones for me lol.. I think I will be sticking with these for quite some time. I will be using this set daily and put it through some heavy testing.
