Law for organ donation seems ridiculous

Humanity makes a human, and donating something to others is also a part of it. Naturally, people donate something when they have the mentality to donate and help others. It can't be forced. It's the same when it comes to organ donation. If it's done by force, it can't be called a donation.

There are many people who are suffering from various kinds of organ disease, and their organs are not functioning properly. They are suffering pain continuously, and many are going to die for that reason. Organ transplants can solve the problem, and it can give them a better life. Some people are so generous that they donate their body organs after their death. I salute them for their generosity. I appreciate everyone who has such a kind of mentality. In my case, I am willing to donate my organs after my death. The reasons are quite simple. Firstly, if I don't remain alive, I have no use of it. Secondly, if someone lives a better life for my donation, then I think it's worthy to donate my organs. I think I should feel proud of it.

Let's talk about what if the government implemented a law to donate all healthy organs after death. In such kind of scenario, I will be the first one to protest against it. Can it be called a donation? Isn't it like forcefully taking organs? I have many reasons to deny implementing it as a government law.

First of all, it violates human rights, and I can say that such a law can't be approved in a civilized country. If any country approves the law, I won't hesitate to consider the country uncivilized. It can be conflicting from some religious perspective also. I am sure that if any government implements the law, there will be a clash for sure. I won't use religion's perspective here because I have less knowledge about it.

Based on emotion, such a law can be implemented, but I strongly believe it will not be a good law, and a shortsighted government can do that. It's because, compared to the overall population, very few people are suffering from organ disease, whereas most of the humans have no organ issues. So very few need the organs of dead people. Maybe within a year, the government can preserve a lot of organs from dead humans and it can be worthy enough to donate who need the organ, and several years can be covered easily. If it becomes a law, it will be applicable for the long term. I just want to know what the use of collecting so many organs will be when there will not be enough patients to receive the donation.

Each year, the collection of organs will increase naturally. The preserving procedure of organs is quite expensive. Recklessly collecting and preserving organs can be a huge financial blow to a country, and it can impact the economy. So considering the long-term frame, I think implementing such a law is ridiculous, and that's the reason I said only a shortsighted government can take such an action.

Another thing to consider is that people love to donate organs if they can trust the government fully. If people can't trust government, it's hard to donate organs. In most of the developing countries, the leaders are trying to dominate people, and they are greedy. I believe even if we donate organs now, those will be used for their business. So it's a matter of concern also. If I donate something, I must ensure my donation helps to survive others. Not for the greedy leaders.

I think I stated enough and a solid reason why it does not deserve to be a law to implement. But I think the government can create awareness about organ donation among general people. I am sure a few more people will come forward to show their generosity, and it can be enough to help those patients who need it.
