Mandatory services can be defined as the service one needs to provide to the nation, and it's compulsory. In several countries, it's not compulsory, but students need to go for it because if someone goes for mandatory service, s/he naturally misses most of the opportunities.
The first time I heard about this kind of service on the Hive platform was through my Nigerian friends. So thanks to Hive for allowing me to know about it. In my country, there is no mandatory service. I searched about it in Google and acknowledged that 60 countries have such kinds of services and the maximum number of countries don't have the service.
I don't know too much about the topic, but I have read several posts and gained little knowledge about it. Most Nigerian people think about it positively, and that means it's a good thing for them. And I respect their decision. As the maximum of the shared positive things, and so I decided to see it from a different perspective with my little earned knowledge. So, correct me if I say anything wrong.
As money is the most important thing for all of us, I am going to bring up the financial issues first. As well as I know that those students provide mandatory service; they receive a little money, which is not enough for them when others are paid well for the same service. So it's kind of an injustice, or maybe someone is taking the money of the hard-working students. And corrupt politicians can be the possible thief. I don't know. Giving service to the country doesn't mean it should provide less money. If it were the case then, those kinds of professions should be paid a little. It's just my opinion.
The second thing is the time. I think that one year is a huge time for such a kind of service. It's not a serious issue for those people who don't have a financial crisis, but as well as I know, Nigerian people are also facing tough times like my country people, and working one year with little payment is a kind of punishment. Isn't it? I think 1-3 months of service is ok for the service.
It's not easy to adapt to different conditions for students, and it's natural. From one perspective, it's good, but from another perspective, students need to face a lot of difficulties. I don't think everyone is suitable for military-type service. Implementing students in their suitable sector can be beneficial for a country, but I have doubts that it is ensured during the time of mandatory service.
I think everything has positive and negative both kinds of impacts, and as most people showed the positive ones, I shared the different ones.
It's 15 August, and it's LPUD. I was supposed to get all the Leo tokens from my Leo threads earning, but because of my country issue and internet blackout, I became inactive, and this time I failed to earn 150 LEO. I needed to buy an additional 64 Leo to participate in LPUD.

I hope in the upcoming month it will be normal. I hope you also know why LPUD is important, and you can increase your Leo stakes if you want, as it's a promising one. Whatever I am increasing my Leo stakes little by little.
