Hello everyone, and Hi #hivers, my name is Meira, and this is seven facts about me. first fact, I'm Indonesian. I live in a city that is usually called a student city, culture and tourist city, the name is Yogyakarta Special Region or DIY, located in the southern part of Java Island, and bordering the Province of Central Java and the Indian Ocean. Jogja is not just a city, but every corner of the city keeps comfort, convenience and full love.
Second, I really like traveling and culinary. on every trip, I often capture the moments with the cell phone that I've been using for five years now. Traveling is my way to find new things, new enthusiasm or just to treat tiredness at work. And culinary is a complement on a trip. They always manage to calm my heart and mind.
Third, I really like learning languages. all about language, I like it. When I was a child, I had memorized Arabic and English vocabulary little by little. I've studied English, Arabic, Japanese and currently I'm studying German. Yesterday my brother @novannsy21 introduced me about #hive, he explained in detail, I was also interested in trying it, so I decided to join this social media. I think #Hive is a very suitable place to share moments in each of my trips. and I can also deepen my language skills here, as well as a place to get to know other friends around the world.
Next, I love dancing, when I'm still young, around the age of 3-10 years, dancing is my daily activity. I danced at an aceh traditional wedding from house to house. When teenagers stop, then start again while sitting on the lecture bench. There I danced Ratoh Jaroe and the drag netting dance from Aceh, Indonesia. Aceh dance is one of the easiest dances to learn. The movements in the Ratoh Jaroe dance are dominated by hand movements and are played by an even number of female dancers, such as at the opening of the 2018 Asian Games. My team and I are often invited to open competitions, national and international seminars.
Fifth, I joined the community “Atas Awan”, which is a social education community for the people of Yogyakarta and its surroundings. This community teaches me to be more grateful for life and share happiness with others. Here we are taught not to laugh at people, but to laugh together. this is my third year with "Atas Awan"
Sixth, my hobby is cooking. I like to cook new things like cooking desserts. Usually I look for new recipes from youtube videos or google. Sometimes I manage to produce a satisfying meal, but not infrequently I fail on the first try. The desserts I cook most often are tumprint cookies, brownies, pickled fruit salad, and Indonesian dumplings.
