Saludos queridas madres y padres de Hive, hoy vengo a contarles una experiencia de mucha alegría para mi hijo Rafael y para mi, pues hace unos 20 días atrás luego de que yo hiciera un set de Ajedrez a crochet , mi niño se sintió muy interesado en aprender a jugar, yo no he sido una jugadora habitual, la última vez que jugué fue cuando era niña , sin embargo, conozco me las reglas del juego por lo que me propuse a enseñarle.
Greetings dear mothers and fathers of Hive, today I come to tell you about an experience of great joy for my son Rafael and for me, because about 20 days ago after I made a set of crochet Chess, my son felt very interested in learn to play, I have not been a regular player, the last time I played was when I was a child, however, I know the rules of the game so I set out to teach him.
Yo no todos los días tenía tiempo, pero cuando terminaba mis deberes temprano, en la noche jugaba con Rafael, pensé que tantas reglas serian difíciles de memorizar para el, pero de nuevo me reí de mi ingenuidad, sinceramente estos niños de ahora parecieran venir más despiertos que los de antes 😅 el se aprendió rápidamente los movimientos, pero como yo no siempre tenía tiempo de jugar decidimos descargar un juego de ajedrez en su tableta y el empezó a practicar allí, vale la pena decir que Rafael tiene restringido el uso de la tableta a una sola hora al día, luego de cumplir sus actividades de aprendizaje conmigo, por lo que el a veces usaba su tiempo para ver videos y solo jugaba unos minutos, pero su interés en el ajedrez seguía creciendo, hasta que un día muy alegre me mostró que ya podía ganarle a la tableta en modo fácil.
I didn't have time every day, but when I finished my homework early, at night I played with Rafael, I thought that so many rules would be difficult for him to memorize, but again I laughed at my naivety, honestly these children now seem to come more awake than before 😅 he quickly learned the moves, but since I didn't always have time to play we decided to download a chess game on his tablet and he started practicing there, it's worth saying that Rafael has restricted the use of the tablet only one hour a day, after fulfilling his learning activities with me, so he would sometimes use his time to watch videos and only play a few minutes, but his interest in chess kept growing, until one very happy day showed me that I could already beat the tablet in easy mode.
Continuábamos jugando con el set de Ajedrez a crochet, por eso le dije que le compraría uno de plástico que fuese solo para él, así que hoy encontré juego de ajedrez más adorable que he visto en mi vida, es de apenas 12x12 cm , eso quiere decir que lo podemos llevar a todas partes con nosotros y podemos jugar mientras esperamos en una cola o incluso cuando vayamos a visitar a nuestras amigas @yetsimar y @tsunsica , además el set es imantado, esta característica fue lo que más le gustó a Rafael, ya que puede voltear completamente el tablero sin que las pequeñas piezas se caigan al suelo, a mi lo que me sorprendió fue encontrar esto en mi ciudad, porque aunque es un juego común aquí a veces no se consiguen las cosas más básicas en las tiendas, asimismo el precio me dio risa, costó 12,4 Bolívares, es decir menos de 2 dólares 😁 “tanta diversión por tan bajo precio”
We kept playing with the crochet Chess set, that's why I told him I would buy him a plastic one just for him, so today I found the most adorable chess set I've ever seen, it's just 12x12 cm, that's what he wants say that we can take it everywhere with us and we can play while we wait in a queue or even when we go to visit our friends @yetsimar and @tsunsica, also the set is magnetized, this feature was what Rafael liked the most, since it can completely flip the board without the small pieces falling to the ground, what surprised me was to find this in my city, because although it is a common game here sometimes you can't get the most basic things in stores, also the price made me laugh, it cost 12.4 Bolívares, that is to say less than 2 dollars 😁 “so much fun for such a low price”
Así que hoy no había excusas laborales, yo jugué con Rafael y pasamos gran parte de la tarde haciéndolo, vale la pena mencionar que Rafael nunca me había ganado una partida, hasta que el día de hoy me ganó por primera vez, debo decirlo con completa sinceridad, yo me tomo el juego en serio y no por ser niño lo voy a dejar ganar, es decir, mi intensión es que el aprenda de la derrota y cada día crezcan más sus habilidades, yo no soy una jugadora experta como mencioné antes, pero obviamente como adulta le ganaba constantemente a mi niño de solo 7 años, pero hoy en un pequeño descuido de mi parte, ignoré por un momento la ubicación de su caballo y me dio jaque mate a mi rey 🤣🤣🤣🤣 en serio me ganó, su alegría era tremenda, daba saltos diciéndome “gané gané gané después de mucho tiempo”
So today there were no work excuses, I played with Rafael and we spent a large part of the afternoon doing it, it is worth mentioning that Rafael had never beaten me in a game, until today he beat me for the first time, I must say it with complete Sincerity, I take the game seriously and not because I am a child I am going to let him win, that is, my intention is that he learns from defeat and each day his skills grow more, I am not an expert player as I mentioned before, but obviously as an adult I constantly beat my 7-year-old boy, but today in a small oversight on my part, I ignored for a moment the location of his horse and he checkmated my king 🤣🤣🤣🤣 he seriously beat me , his joy was tremendous, he jumped up and down telling me “I won, I won, I won after a long time”
Yo le pedí por favor que devolviera la jugada solo para grabar lo que hizo y el me dijo que por favor publicara su victoria, así que aquí estoy con ustedes compartiendo este maravilloso momento, siento que al igual que me pasó con el juego de Mario Bros, yo pronto ya no seré competidora para él y empezará a ganarme en todas las partidas 😃 me gustaría mucho vivir en otra donde pudiera inscribirlo en una academia de ajedrez para que al jugar con otros niños él se sintiera aún más motivado.

Mi mamá hace mucho que le enseñó a jugar a dominó y baraja española, aunque estos juegos no tiene tantas reglas como el ajedrez, también se necesita de habilidad y astucia, yo considero que todos estos juegos mejoran significativamente las funciones cognitivas del niño y yo me siento orgullosa de que el finalmente me haya derrotado el día de hoy.
My mom taught him to play dominoes and Spanish cards a long time ago, although these games do not have as many rules as chess, they also require skill and cunning, I consider that all these games significantly improve the child's cognitive functions and I I feel proud that he finally defeated me today.
