Saludos amantes del anime, estoy de nuevo compartiendo con ustedes una reseña y opinión acerca del anime Ranking of Kings, que es una adaptación del manga del mismo nombre, fue estrenada el año pasado, cuenta con 23 capítulos a cargo del estudio de animación Wit Studio, este es uno de los animes que más he disfrutado por diferentes razones que les expondré en esta publicación.
Greetings anime lovers, I am again sharing with you a review and opinion about the anime Ranking of Kings, which is an adaptation of the manga of the same name, was released last year, has 23 chapters by the animation studio Wit Studio , this is one of the animes that I have enjoyed the most for different reasons that I will explain in this publication.
La historia se desarrolla en un mundo de reyes como es el título, aquí existen muchos reyes a cargo de diferentes territorios y diferentes criaturas, existen clanes y también existe la magia, los reyes gobiernan esos territorios conforme a la tradiciones guerra y también a la herencia, también estos reyes se rigen por cierta ley, pues ellos son evaluados según un raking siendo los primeros lugares los reyes más poderosos como por ejemplo el Rey Bosse, este es el padre del protagonista, este rey es un gigante y por lo tanto el más fuerte de todos los reyes, por el contrario su hijo Bojji es un niño muy pequeño y sin ninguna fuerza física, su madre biológica murió pero el vive con la nueva esposa del Rey llamada Hiling y su medio hermano llamado Daida, no sólo la fuerza física de Bojji es poca sino que tampoco puede hablar y se comunica por señas.
The story takes place in a world of kings as is the title, here there are many kings in charge of different territories and different creatures, there are clans and there is also magic, the kings govern those territories according to the traditions of war and also to inheritance , also these kings are governed by a certain law, because they are evaluated according to a raking being the first places the most powerful kings such as King Bosse, this is the father of the protagonist, this king is a giant and therefore the most strong of all kings, on the contrary his son Bojji is a very small child and without any physical strength, his biological mother died but he lives with the King's new wife named Hiling and his half brother named Daida, not only physical strength of Bojji is little but cannot speak either and communicates by signs.
Lo primero que me llamó la atención de este anime es como se maneja la irónia y la incertidumbre, es decir uno queda enganchado deseando encontrar el motivo por el cual un Rey gigante tuvo un hijo tan pequeño y con tantas dificultades físicas, Bojji es el heredero del trono pero tanto su hermano, como las personas de la corte y el mismo pueblo no creen que él deba ser rey, consideran que su hermano menor Daida sería el más acorde al cargo, pero Bojji compensa su físico con su inteligencia, pero hay personas escépticas , sobre todo porque su padre el Rey Bosse sostuvo su reino basado en la fuerza física como aval del pueblo que protegía .
The first thing that caught my attention about this anime is how irony and uncertainty are handled, that is, one is hooked wanting to find the reason why a giant King had such a small son with so many physical difficulties, Bojji is the heir of the throne but both his brother, as well as the people of the court and the people themselves do not believe that he should be king, they consider that his younger brother Daida would be the most appropriate for the position, but Bojji compensates his physique with his intelligence, but there are people skeptical , especially since his father King Bosse supported his kingdom based on physical force as an endorsement of the people he protected .
Ante tal ironía de la vida de Bojji , el anime comienza dejando mucha interrogantes y creando el deseo de saber, cuando el Rey muere hay como una especie de conspiración que se maneja dentro de ciertos círculo de personajes, saber que es lo que pasa es algo natural en un expectante, pero me encanta que el anime juega mucho con la psicología de cada persona, su simpatía o confianza, llega un punto en que no se sabe en quien confiar, pero afortunadamente Bojji consigue su primer amigo en la vida, una sombra llamada Kage, este es otro niño que es sobreviviente del clan de las sombras, este clan se cree exterminado porque representaba muchas amenazas al reino, este niño sombra rápidamente simpatiza con Bojji y lo ayudará en todo su camino.
Faced with such irony in Bojji's life, the anime begins leaving many questions and creating the desire to know, when the King dies there is a kind of conspiracy that is handled within certain circle of characters, knowing what is happening is something natural in an expectant, but I love that anime plays a lot with the psychology of each person, their sympathy or trust, there comes a point where you don't know who to trust, but fortunately Bojji gets his first friend in life, a shadow called Kage, this is another child who is a survivor of the shadow clan, this clan is believed exterminated because it represented many threats to the kingdom, this shadow child quickly sympathizes with Bojji and will help him in all his way.
Se puede decir que los juegos sucios, alianzas y traiciones son algo muy común en las historias donde hay una monarquía, pero este anime no es como si se tratara de Juego de tronos, aunque existe reyes y magia también, este anime tiene muchas cosas diferentes, por un lado la ternura, bondad, audacia y determinación de Bojji como personaje principal es inigualable, por otro lado lo oscuro y hasta crueles imágenes de la historia del reino, del inframundo y de los acontecimientos actuales de Bojji es algo asombroso porque contrasta mucho, los colores de la animación y todo el diseño de los personas es muy bonito en el sentido tierno de la palabra, pero las cosas que suceden, sobre todo los rituales mágicos y escenas son tan escalofriantes como lindas, porque incluso los demonios tienen características que nos hacen ponernos en su lugar y ser empáticos.
It can be said that dirty games, alliances and betrayals are very common in stories where there is a monarchy, but this anime is not like a Game of Thrones, although there are kings and magic too, this anime has many different things , on the one hand the tenderness, kindness, audacity and determination of Bojji as the main character is unmatched, on the other hand the dark and even cruel images of the history of the kingdom, the underworld and the current events of Bojji is something amazing because it contrasts so much , the colors of the animation and the whole design of the people is very beautiful in the sweet sense of the word, but the things that happen, especially the magical rituals and scenes are as creepy as they are cute, because even the demons have characteristics that They make us put ourselves in their place and be empathic.
Recomiendo ampliamente este anime porque además es corto, es precioso, no tiene desperdicio ni relleno, tiene una historia interesante y personajes complejos.
I highly recommend this anime because it's also short, it's beautiful, it has no waste or padding, it has an interesting story and complex characters.
