In my previous post, I promised you that I will share my barbecue recipe that we enjoyed and make it quite often. It is quick, easy, and delicious!
First, I marinated the chicken wings with yogurt, salt, red chili powder crushed, turmeric powder, crushed cumin seeds, crushed coriander seeds, lemon juice, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour or maximum 2 hours.
Then cook these wings on barbecue fire until both sides fully cooked. Enjoy with mint yogurt sauce and naan bread.
