Most times when the word creativity creeps into someone's mind what the person thinks of is the masters of art.
That's because these people who practiced this thing try to show people how creative tgey are by transforming their imagination into a piece something people can see, feel and touch and with that simple act people begin to confess how good and how creative such a person is.
The act of being creative can come from everyone but the manifestation of creativity is limited. That is why you find just a few people at the top hierarchy.
Ideas fly in people's heads and not just ideas but great ones at that matter. The only problems people have is steps to bring out such ideas into manifesting.

If you think creativity only lies in the master of art then you have not tried talking and educating people in some areas of life as a result of what you have in your head, this means your creativity can also come i form of words do this and see people buy your words with an organised seminar making you what you want to be and taking you to where you want to be.
Please, creativity doesn't only lie in art, it comes in every aspect of life: music, movies, speech, fashion and even in the art of trade.
All one needs to do is just choose that part you know you are good at and then flush out your ideals through that line making waves and opportunities for your subordinate.
Explore new means to keep you moving, bring in new and upgraded ideas and that's the only way you can maintain your creativity.
