This week's Battle Mage Secrets ruleset is "Five Alive."
In the Five Alive Ruleset, you can only use 5 Units in battle.
So after several battles, this ruleset also emerged while I was playing, the only thing needed, of course, is to win.
Battle Rules:
Ruleset - Five Alive
Mana Cap - 44
Active Elements - All

The element I chose for this Battle is the Fire Element, and this is my selected lineup.
The mana cap is quite large at 44, so I have quite a few choices of units to use.
My Line up
Summoner - Conqueror Jack Level 3
Buffs to all Friendly Units - +2 Speed, Scattershot, Piercing
Tank - Tusk the Wide Level 5
I used this because I expected the opponent to always have a Magic unit, due to its void magic ability, which immediately reduces any magic attack that hits it by 50%. It also has an Inspire ability that gives +1 melee attack to all friendly units.
2nd Position - Radiated Brute Level 8
I thought of this in the 2nd position because in case my tank is defeated quickly, I still have a defensive unit that is not only fast but also strong. Because it has the Reach ability, it can still attack from the 2nd position. It also has an enrage ability so when it takes damage, it becomes stronger.
3rd Position - Tenyii Striker Level 6
My favorite Sneaker has Dodge at level 6. With its 4 attack power, strengthened by Tusk the Wide's inspire ability, it will surely inflict damage.
4th Position - Lava Launcher Level 5
With a ranged attack power of 4, Speed of 5, Armor of 7, and Life of 6, if that's not enough to fear this tank, let's add its ability to attack at close range, meaning it can still attack the front line. If it hits you, there's a high chance you'll be stunned.
5th Position - Tinderlock Level 6
I thought hard about whether to put this, fearing it might just be crushed by sneak attack cards and go to waste. But it's buffed by the summoner, so I'm sure its speed will increase to 5 and there's a high chance the opponent will miss. I like this because of its last stand ability and its high health. It also has a silence ability that decreases the opponent's magic attack by 1.
Opponent's Line Up
So the battle began, as expected, the opponent's ace card was magic attack. Their lineup was:
Summoner - Zeddica Level 1 - Can summon water and Death Element Cards
Tank - Demon Shark level 1,ability - Trample
2nd Position - Flying Squid level 1 , ability- Reach
3rd Position - Djinn Oshannus level 1 ,ability - Void
4th Position - Helheim Demon level 1 , ability - Flying , Taunt
5th Position - Swamp Spitter level 1, ability - Repair
The Battle
When I saw that the opponent was using level 1 units, I knew I had already won. Even though Helheim Demon and Oshannus have 2 Magic power attacks, it's immediately reduced to 1 because of Tinderlock's Silence ability, so it's likely that my tank with Void Ability won't be affected.
Round 1
In the first round, the opponent's Armor Restorer, Swamp Spitter, was defeated immediately. My tank's health was reduced to 10 at the end of round 1. Luckily, my summoner had the Scattershot buff, so even though Helheim Demon had the taunt ability, it still didn't target my units. As expected, my tank was not affected by the magic damage from Oshannus and Helheim.
Round 2
Nothing happened in this round, but my tank's health was reduced to 6. Helheim Demon was left with only 1 health, and the opponent's tank, Demon Shark, was struggling at 2 health.
Round 3
In this round, the tank, 2nd position, and back liner of the opponent were defeated, leaving only Djinn Oshannus with almost full health. The problem is, its attacks aren't affecting my tank with 6 health.
Round 4
The opponent was finally defeated because my 5 units joined forces, and not a single unit was lost from the opponent's card.

Although I was pleased with the battle, it would have been better if the opponent's units were of higher levels. At least then, I would have been able to test if my lineup was truly good.
Until the next Battle Mage Secrets Weekly Challenge!
