Hola a todos, querida comunidad de #hive ππ»ββοΈ. En especial a mi querida comunidad de #FoodiesBeeHive π₯. Espero tengan todos un maravilloso dΓa y una feliz semana, claro que sΓ π₯°. El dΓa de hoy he venido a traerles la elaboraciΓ³n de uno de los platillos mΓ‘s solicitados entre la comida rΓ‘pida. π₯ Un rico manjar que alegra el dΓa a cualquier persona y desde nuestra preparaciΓ³n casera π€€. Se convierte en una opciΓ³n mΓ‘s rΓ‘pida y delicioso para compartir con la familia. Vamos a elaborar un shawarma o enrollado, en casa π. FΓ‘cil, rΓ‘pido y sabroso. Sin enrollarme mΓ‘s, vamos a ello:
For the preparation of this dish we are going to need the following ingredients π:
- Arabic bread π₯.
- Cheese π§
- Tomato sauce π΄
- Mayonnaise βͺ
- Mustard π‘
- Tartar sauce π’
- Cabbage π₯¬
- Tomatoes π
- French fries π₯
- Meat (In my case I made them chicken) π
Para la elaboraciΓ³n de este plato vamos a necesitar los siguientes ingredientes π:
- Pan Γ‘rabe π₯
- Queso π§
- Salsa de tomate π΄
- Mayonesa βͺ
- Mostaza π‘
- Salsa TΓ‘rtara π’
- Repollo π₯¬
- Tomates π
- Papas fritas π₯
- Carne (En mi caso los hice de pollo) π
First for the preparation of this dish we are going to strip the cabbage π₯¬ and we are going to soak it in water with a dash of vinegar and salt π§. This in order to disinfect and clean the cabbage π€ of impurities.
Primero para la elaboraciΓ³n de este platillo vamos a deshojar el repollo π₯¬ y lo vamos a poner a remojar en agua con un chorrito de vinagre y sal π§. Esto con el fin de desinfectar y limpiar de impurezas el repollo π€.
Cut the chicken into not too small squares and season it with garlic, seasoning, seasoning and salt π. We knead everything well to give it texture and that the flavor of everything is integrated into the pieces and then for a pan with a little oil π€€. Cortamos el pollo en cuadros no muy pequeΓ±os y lo sazonamos con ajo, aliΓ±os, condimentos y sal π. Lo amasamos todo bien para darle textura y que el sabor de todo se integre a las piezas y luego para una sartΓ©n con un poquito de aceite π€€. Vamos a ir revolviendo bien hasta que el pollo quede blanco por dentro y por fuera doradito π€©.

Tomamos un tomate π y lo cortamos en juliana (En tiras) πͺ. Igualmente, sacamos el repollo del remojo π₯¬π₯¬, lo limpiamos y lo cortamos tambiΓ©n en juliana πͺ.
In a frying pan with plenty of preheated oil we are going to place cut natural potatoes πͺπ₯ and fry until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside π.
En un sartΓ©n con bastante aceite precalentado vamos a colocarle papas naturales cortadas πͺπ₯ y freΓmos hasta que estas estΓ©n bien doraditas y crujientes por fuera π.
We grate white cheese and get ready to assemble our homemade shawarma π€€π§
Rallamos queso blanco y nos preparamos para armar nuestro shawarma casero π€€π§
We place the Arabic bread where we are going to assemble everything and we start π. First we place tomato sauce and mayonnaise to taste π΄βͺ, we place the vegetables lengthwise in one direction π π₯¬ and then on top of these the chicken with a little mustard ππ‘. We add in the same direction the fries and on these the tartarππ’. Last but not least the white cheese π§. You can even add ham and yellow cheese ππ§ if you wish at this time. Roll up and ready πβ, our shawarma is prepared and ready to enjoy with a soda or juice π§.
Colocamos el pan Γ‘rabe en donde lo vamos a armar todo y comenzamos π. Primero colocamos salsa de tomate y mayonesa al gusto π΄βͺ, colocamos los vegetales a lo largo en una direcciΓ³n π π₯¬ y luego sobre estos el pollo con un poco de mostaza ππ‘. Agregamos en la misma direcciΓ³n las papas fritas y sobre estas la tΓ‘rtaraππ’. De ΓΊltimo no puede faltar el queso blanco π§. Incluso si ustedes lo desean en este momento pueden agregar jamΓ³n y queso amarillo ππ§. Enrollamos y listo πβ, nuestro shawarma estΓ‘ preparado y listo para disfrutar con un refresco o jugo π§.
