Am I gunna stop or slow down? Absolutely not, I'm doing that to ramp up >:D I have a TON of new content, giveaways, and other things, but I prioritize giving new players cards and making the game a little bit more accessible in whatever way that I can, so my giveaways usually take precedence: I WANT new players, I WANT real player growth <3 I will continue to strive to do my part of encouraging everybody to grow and stick at it.

A Soul Fiend is always a welcome pack opening, as he adds a LOT of value to Life's (kind of pathetic) Bronze / Lower Silver game. You won't see people rocking Life too often without very specific rulesets, older cards, or a Level 3 or higher General Sloan. This is unfortunate, as Life is one of my favorite Splinters, and unfortunately, the lower level balance of both Life and Death have been absolutely thrashed in Chaos Legion only, as well as CL + Untamed Commons and Rares. They get better at higher levels, I PROMISE you, but right now, I would say they are the two worst splinters for new players. (You'll want to be playing both of them at Level 3+ Summoners for a decent win-rate on average).
Card Tips & Tricks
Gargoya Scrapper
Normal Foil, Common, Life Monster
His best power spikes are at Level 3 when he gains Void and Level 7 when he gains +1 Melee.
This is a good card to buy a GF Foil of, as it gives you an easy 10% DEC Bonus on a 1 mana card you can fit into almost any comp pretty regularly.
Disintegrator
Normal Foil, Common, Neutral Monster
This card's best power spikes are at Level 6, where he has gained Trample and +1 Melee and also at Max Level where he gains Retaliate. Knockout isn't a horrible move, but it requires a setup with a faster card with stun who isn't a tank, however, if you have a good card like this (like say, Igor!) you'll have a lot of fun with Disintegrator.
I think Disintegrator is a good buy as a Gold Foil for an appreciating asset, largely because he is a very good, situationally powerful Neutral card, and having any Neutral in a GF variant is always a good idea.
Riftwing
Normal Foil, Common, Death Monster
An absolute favorite of mine, he has very awesome powerspikes at Level 5 with Backfire and at Level 8 with Headwinds. This is an awesome, universally powerful card, and might actually be one of the better Death Commons, at the very least, within CL Rewards and CL.
I would recommend a GF of this card, as I think this will be a card that's desperately wanted in the future, especially if Death ever gets a Phase or Evasion Summoner, which I believe they will.
Scavo Hireling
Normal Foil, Common, Neutral Monster
Scavo Hireling is awesome and has some smaller, but more frequent power spikes:
Level 4 Gives him a decent amount of HP to work with, and Level 6 Gives him Camouflage. Finally, at Level 10 he gains Slow.
You SERIOUSLY don't have a GF of this card? Are you mad? He's a cheap, crucial Neutral. Get him, now. Why do I need to say anything, you have eyes, look at this card: LOOK AT THIS CARD.
Soul Fiend
Normal Foil, Legendary, Life Monster
Soul Fiend only really has 2 major power spikes here: Level 3 gives him 2 HP, which will allow him to survive minor damage, not a big deal, but on a 0 Mana, that's worth something. Then, at max Level, he gains Swiftness which helps make up for Life's atrocious Speed stats
This is an expensive Gold Foil, but being a 0 Mana, if you are a Life Main, this is one of those cards you should be forking over for a GF: That 10% bonus on a FREE Card in your team is worth it alone, never mind the likely massive asset appreciation this bad boi will have in the future.
