Hello friends of the hive Music Zone Community, my name is @jesus-son. I welcome you to week 23 of the Hive Jamming Zone weekly events of musical jamz. It is my pleasure to share with you my musical interpretation for this week.

Having been part of a musical crew some time ago, I can say that my musical skills are somehow shaped or structured by the pattern of that group. Basically it is because I was just learning how to play the instruments and so all that I learnt was basically the style we were made to play by this group.

Eventhough sticking to a pattern is not the best because one has to explore diverse genre, I still love that pattern. From all indication following from my musical works all the while one would see that I was basically brought up in the style of church music and not just any church music but specifically, Catholic Church music.

This is why I love slow and steady beat musics. It allows me to flow as I exercise my musical skill on any musical instrument.

Talking about the jam I share with you today, it is one of the product of the workings of my music group back then. It is our refurnished version of the popular song in Nigerian Catholic Church. The song is titled Otito diri chineke by Jude Nnam

This is the first gloria in Igbo language that the great Nigrian Catholic composer Jude Nnam composed. It is a song that is sung all over Nigeria even in parts of Nigeria where Igbo is not spoken. A very melodious song indeed.

One of the patterns of my group back then in doing any music is to make an intro for beginning a song. This intro serve to give life to music as it begins and most times also is used at intervals as solo before singing the next verse.

This jam thus, begins with am intro which is a combination of chords that is meant to play the notes sssss:ff:mmmmm:rr|sssss:ff:-. mtr:-- d..
Normally this sound is to be created by a woodwind instrument like the saxophone or the trumpet but here without any of those I had to use the piano to improvise.

Progressing fron the intro, the other parts comprise of the melody of that song Otito diri chineke. This song in Igbo language mean, Glory be to God in the highest. This is a song which we sing during the mass on Sundays and days of solemnities or feasts. Well, I am not here to talk about my church. So I felt like sharing with you today my jam on this song and I really do hope that it meets to your taste of music.

Thank you for your time and your support. God bless you.

We keep going forward

Hi, dear friend, I am so glad to listen your jam. There is a new I want to share with you, I know you will like read about it: (On Saturday, August 10, in the midst of the prostration rosary offered by Colombia and Venezuela, those attending the San Joaquín Parish, in Bogotá, experienced a miracle at the hands of Father Juvel Zuluaga Agustino.)

Wao wao, our Lord never really abandone His own. This is a great manifestation that He sees the sufferings of the people and is ready to rescue souls..

I am sorry for the present condition of the country, I know our Lord will finish what He has started.
