Hoy tuvimos el privilegio y el arduo trabajo de tener dos actividades al aire libre.
Today we had the privilege and hard work of having two outdoor activities.
A pesar del día Super caluroso (creo que llegamos como 40 °C), desde muy temprano iniciamos con los preparativos para el "Open Day", una actividad en la cual hemos invitado a todo el equipo de trabajo para que conozcan un nuevo desarrollo el cual estamos comercializando.
Despite the super hot day (I think we reached about 40 °C), we started very early with the preparations for the "Open Day", an activity in which we have invited the entire work team to learn about a new development that we are marketing.
Se trata de una urbanización y nos encargamos de vender el lote con la casa ya terminado, de manera financiada hasta 20 años a través del banco. El proyecto inicia la semana entrante, hoy solamente fue un acto de patada inicial simbólico para aquellas 11 familias que ya han comprado su propiedad y se estarán iniciando las construcciones en la semana entrante.
This is a housing development and we are in charge of selling the lot with the house already finished, financed for up to 20 years through the bank. The project starts next week, today was only a symbolic kick-off for those 11 families who have already bought their property and construction will begin next week.
Como equipo de venta, estuvimos presente, hemos invitado algunos amigos y clientes para que conozcan esta gran oportunidad, para nosotros también ha sido una oportunidad de reforzar los lazos y poder concretar algunos cierres de venta en el lugar, ha sido una actividad con un muy buen resultado ya que esto no permitió que muchas más personas conociesen el desarrollo y puedan acceder.
As a sales team, we were present, we have invited some friends and clients to learn about this great opportunity, for us it has also been an opportunity to strengthen ties and to be able to close some sales on site, it has been an activity with a very good result since this did not allow many more people to learn about the development and be able to access it.
Desde muy temprano hemos iniciado los preparativos, llegamos al lugar preparamos el toldo (para protegernos del calor), descargamos y acomodamos las sillas, preparamos el equipo de música, las bebidas que se le ofrecería a nuestros amigos y clientes dejando todo preparado en la siguiente hora para recibir a todas las personas. Todo esto llevó mucho trabajo pero lo terrible fue el calor abrazador de la mañana que lamentablemente no nos permitía estar secos.
We started preparing very early. We arrived at the venue, set up the awning (to protect us from the heat), unloaded and arranged the chairs, prepared the music system, the drinks that would be offered to our friends and clients, leaving everything ready in the next hour to receive everyone. All this took a lot of work, but the worst thing was the scorching heat of the morning that unfortunately did not allow us to stay dry.
Al finalizar esta actividad a mediodía, inmediatamente nos cambiamos de indumentaria y nos dirigimos al siguiente evento del día. Siguiente evento consistía en un torneo de golf, el "TORNEO DE GOL FUNDACIÓN AMCHAM". Así hemos hecho presencia de marca y nos volvimos a encontrar con los empresarios más importantes de la región, fue un momento muy agradable y una nueva experiencia en los campos de golf.
After finishing this activity at noon, we immediately changed our clothes and headed to the next event of the day. The next event was a golf tournament, the "AMCHAM FOUNDATION GOLF TOURNAMENT". This way we have made a brand presence and we met again with the most important businessmen of the region. It was a very pleasant moment and a new experience on the golf courses.
