Llevo aproximadamente doce años desempeñando el rol de Project Manager en una empresa de tecnología, mi rol tiene como función principal, orquestar al equipo de trabajo para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente independientemente del cliente y de la metodología de trabajo a utilizar .
La interacción con el equipo de trabajo es intensa y muy colaborativa, muchas veces el equipo está conformado con colaboradores de diferentes países, lo cual involucra lidiar con diferentes costumbres y horarios. Me ha tocado llevar equipos conformados por 35 colaboradores.

Un colaborador debe estar tranquilo, tener sus necesidades cubiertas para que pueda realizar su trabajo, que ese trabajo sea efectivo y eficaz.
Conocer al equipo, hacer empatía con ellos, lograr que estén cómodos, velar por su bienestar e inclusive el de sus familiares, permite que ellos se sientan cómodos, tranquilos y en confianza, eso los lleva a estar contentos. Que cada uno de mis colaboradores estén contentos haciendo lo que hacen, son mi mejor logro a nivel profesional.
