Here is my fan art of the two healers I ship!😌
Art Process
I want a casual pose so I thought of the two healers sharing a bag of potato chips. It is just a random thought of mine. 😆 On the sketch, forest healer is enjoying the chop while light healer is tryna to steal one, haha. But then in the lineart I kind of switch the expression.
Next, I copied the base colors by color-picker. I adjusted the saturation a bit. I then worked on the soft shadows by using airbrush. I airbrushed a color below the base colors. By the way, my favorite brand of potato chips is Ruffles. 😆
I gave the characters blush and eye details. Next, I used a solid brush for the hard shadows. For the shine of the hair, I used a flat brush and blur brush.
Final Art
The background is just a simple yellow gradient. I added a white borderline to separate the characters from the background. I added a text and Japanese characters meaning munch munch.
