A "comptometer" the last time (and also the only time I think) I saw one was in the office of Mr. "Manuel Sanchez" the old accountant who kept the accounts of a hardware store belonging to my uncle Marcos... And that was in 1977!... hahaha :)... It was like a calculator, but without batteries as I remember!...The one I saw in Mr. Manuel's desktop even had a slot to put "reactive to pressure paper" and printed numbers there!...

Oh boy, I love seeing stuff like this on #Hive!...
