Similarly to the previous tome, this one has some shortcomings, so this time I decided to publish the entire tome in one post. Interestingly, this time, there are stamps from extermination camps. I have a rather specific sense of humor and I instantly imagined stamps and postcards like "Gruss aus Auschwitz", but let's not follow that route. Let's stay on course. The authors of the series certainly wanted to commemorate an important event. No one in their right mind would have thought then that 50 years later someone might claim that these camps were "Polish", that they had anything to do with the Polish state or Poles, apart from the fact that Poles died there. By the way, in the 22nd photo I got interested with the name "Konstanty Ciołkowski". For me, he is a completely unknown figure, although he was probably taught about in the past. I recommend you look up an article about him on Wikipedia. It turns out that the guy (Polish by birth) wrote a scientific thesis in the field of astronautics before the Wright brothers made their first airplane flight.

Podobnie, jak w poprzednim tomie, w tym napotykamy pewne braki, dlatego i tym razwm zdecydowałem się na publikację całego tomu w jednym poście. Co ciekawe tym razem to znaczki z obozów zagłady. Mam dosyć specyficzne poczucie humoru i wyobraziłem sobie znaczki i pocztówki typu "Gruss aus Auschwitz", ale nie idźmy tą drogą. Z pewnością autorom serii chodziło o upamiętnienie istotnego wydarzenia. Nikomu o zdrowych zmysłach nie przyszłoby wtedy do głowy, że za 50 lat ktoś może twierdzić, że te obozy były "polskie", że miały coś wspólnego z państwem polskim, czy Polakami, poza tym, że w nich ginęli. Przy okazji na 22 zdjęciu zaciekawiło mnie nazwisko "Konstanty Ciołkowski". Dla mnie postać kompletnie nieznana, choć pewnie za czasów słusznie minionych uczono o nim. Polecam Wam wyszukać artykuł o nim na wikipedii. Wychodzi na to, że koleś (Polak z pochodzenia) napisał pracę naukową z dziedziny astronautyki zanim bracia Wright wykonali pierwszy lot samolotem.
