One of the activities we did while away in Stoke, Nelson, was a walk in the forest in Robin Island.
We took a drive around and found ourselves in the forest, since I have previously enjoyed hiking in the forest in other parts of NZ, I encourage my colleagues for a short walk and it turned out they enjoyed it.
We walked to an end where a river ran through with a view of another forest on the other side.
Very relaxing to walk in the forest, I look forward to more of it during the Christmas holidays.
