It's been twice that I've been booked to stay in Bella Vista Wanaka Motel Accommodation.
It is located on 2 Dunmore Street Wanaka, which is just a walking distance to Lake Wanaka.
I recall the first thing I did after checking in during my first time there was a walk to the lake.
The accommodation is quite comfy, though it is not a self-catering accommodation which I wasn't too pleased with but other than that. It is a nice accommodation located close to the city center where you don't have to drive to go shopping for basic things needed.
