HBD is the Hive stablecoin and the APR was just increased from 10% to 12%. There are proposals in the community to rise it higher up to 20% to challenge the most successful stablecoins in the crypto space. Thus, there is only one question to be answered and commented upon.

When this was brought up at the Leo Finance AMA, I thought it would be an awesome idea to do it to attract new outside users to the HIVE blockchain. Even if we go back down to 12% after say 12 months, I think a lot of people would stay.
