It's so easy to be unhappy, either from stress, negative energy or sometimes even waking up on the wrong side of the bed makes a big difference in our mood we all go through this. Just like how easy it is to feel unhappy we also have habits we practice to feel happy.
While happiness varies from people to people, some people find happiness in the little things while others in a grand way or finding happiness from people or creating your own happiness it all depends.
How I Elevate my Mood
Anime
Watching Anime is a one way ticket to elevating my mood it always comes through for me. I don't have to be sad to want to watch it to feel happy it makes me happy with each watch.

Long Walks
Taking long walk also help in stabilizeing my mood, each time I feel I'm not my self or lost in my thoughts i take long walks to reflect on myself while at that i remember to breath it reduce the chaos in my head.

Conversation
Just having simple conversation helps out a lot in elevating my mood i get to focus more on what's happening rather than being in my head.
Nature
Looking at the sky, the feel that comes after a cool breeze,or when the sun gets to be shining, smiley and happy (Not hot) are great help in stabilizeing my mood, also when i get to have a quality camera around i like to capture the sky or anything around it always put out a warm smile on my face.

Like i said earlier it's so easy to feel unhappy, happiness can also be found from either the small or big things which ever way works for you as long as you find your happiness in the end.
